The drive-thru was chaotic and unprofessional. I ordered a Coke Zero, paid for it, and then was handed a fruit punch instead. When I asked about it, the employee actually laughed and told me that if I wanted Coke Zero, I should go inside myself — even though I specifically chose the drive-thru because I had my child in the car. They didn’t even bother to tell me they were out of Coke Zero before charging me. The food was disgusting and poorly made: soggy fries, soggy bacon, and a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked. Not safe, not fresh, not edible. When I said “thank you,” the employee rolled her eyes and walked away like the whole thing was a joke. I rarely come to this Wendy’s — and now I remember why. I would rather drive to the Hallandale Wendy’s than risk my time, money, and my child’s safety doing U-turns and dealing with rude treatment for food that isn’t even prepared correctly. This location seriously needs better staff training and customer service standards. I will never be returning.

People have places they need to be on time, and there is no room to pull over and wait when you have multiple cars waiting for their food.
