- SDStaisy Diamond4 days ago1.0so my boyfriend & i go to a theater right infront of this taco bell to watch movies & right after the movie we always stop by this taco bell to get something to eat & everytime we do, they always mess up our orders. they either don't give us everything we ordered, they put ice in our drink even though we said not to & just not doing their job right. for example, last night we went to this location to get a burrito after the movie & we told the lady taking our order that we don't want ice in our drink. we got up to the window & the drink had ice in it & so my boyfriend told the lady that we asked for no ice, as soon as my boyfriend made that comment, all the girls working in the background started talking shit about us for simply commenting on their mistake, as if it's our fault that they don't listen & they don't know how to do their job at a fast food restaurant. like is unacceptable and not okay at all. i can tell you that this location lost two customers.

I will say this though, if you don't already use the Taco Bell app, you should do that right now and then go to your nearest location. It's worth it, at least for your 1st visit/check-in. They give you an immediate free food offer, I chose a $5.99 burrito and added a classic stacker and another "value menu" option, the chicken enchilada burrito(not there greatest idea, but still with it at only $2.59. So, with my 2 value menu selections, and my "free burrito", my dinner was only $5.11. Then, with the 2 month supply of sauce packets, sweet and low packets, and plastic cutlery that I grabbed on my way out, Taco Bell was clutch last night!?

And to make it worse they show we ordered sour cream and there wasn't any in the food and it wasn't on the side either. On top of that we were charged for avocado green sauce, we never ordered And didn't even get the sauce. We immediately drove back through the drive through, beeped the horn and she never returned.
