  This place has become terrible. They regularly lock their doors up to two hours before their online hours say they close. There are only two registers, but they only ever use one. The chicken is dry and inconsistent. Often, there will only be one person at the register with a line while there are half a dozen or more employees walking around. This place needs intervention.

  What a great find! So, we don't have these where I'm from and I wish we did! I got the Tropical Trio; chicken was fresh! Plantains and chicken were the highlights here!

  The rice , beans and fries were outstanding!! However stood there for 15 minutes before they took my order, they were more worried about drive thru orders. Chicken was piping hot unfortunately it was beyond dried /mumified...sucks i didnt eat pollo tropical for over 12 years i hyped myself too much :/

  It's true what recent reviews are saying. Unfortunately this place has lost its standards. Multiple people working but only one person on the register regularly. They close early often, an hour to two hours before they are listed online. It's very disappointing to come to this location at 10:30 with closed doors. There are often homeless people in the dining area.

  Super unorganized behind the counter to fill orders until the manager stepped in. They crested a large crowd in the order line and eating area, waiting for their orders for at least twenty minutes. And it was past the lunch rush. It was two thirty in the afternoon on a Sunday. I would go back for the great food and great value. As long as there is not a giant crowd waiting in the restaurant, just to get their orders.
