The attitude made the whole situation uncomfortable, and it’s disappointing because this place really does have potential. The flavors are solid, and the menu is great. But if the customer service doesn’t improve, people aren’t going to come back. I hope they figure it out, because good food can only take a restaurant so far. If I were to visit again, I would expect the customer service to be improved.

I’ve been obsessed with Pollo for nearly 20 years — it’s been a comfort food, a go-to, something I genuinely loved — and this one location single-handedly made me rethink the entire franchise. I moved to the area a year ago, and today was about my tenth visit. Ten chances. And not once have they managed to get a basic order right. They never have cilantro sauce. Ever. It might as well be a mythical item on the menu. Ask for salsa and you’ll get barbecue — every single time, like clockwork. The chicken is consistently burnt to the point of being inedible, and they somehow still make you pull into a parking spot and wait ten minutes for the privilege of receiving an order that’s wrong anyway. If you want to walk away hating Pollo after loving it for decades, this is absolutely the location for you. Otherwise, spare yourself.

The only reason I came was as an emergency, but that was a mistake. I told them I had a sleeping baby, and I’m in the car by myself and just wanted them to hand me my food but he said he wasn’t going to do it and that I had to go inside. I pleaded with them to please hand me the food I prepaid thru the app and he just refused. Just plain lazy and unhelpful. Go to La Granja food is way better there.
