I placed my order through the drive thru, and when I checked my plate they forgot my onions and gave me a very small portion of pork. So I went back inside just to ask for onions and I even asked can I pay for a side of pork, he got mad at me saying Omgg very loud. When I asked him why he did that , he said “ cause he wanted to “. I then asked for a refund , he snatched the receipt out my hand. This was a bad experience cause I love pollo and I’m always eating there. But I’ll NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Chicken was cold and felt like it had been sitting there awhile. The whole experience was horrible. I won't ever go back or have anything good to say about this place or the employees.

When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, one of the younger Black female employees was openly rude and had an attitude throughout the interaction. I was told that my order was never received. One of the employee, a Spanish-speaking woman who was cleaning the counter, made an extremely rude comment in Spanish, apparently assuming I would not understand. I usually visit this location because the food is consistently good and the morning staff is typically very professional. However, last night’s experience was extremely disappointing.
