In the end, they served my order as if they didn’t care and practically threw it at me. This is extremely disrespectful, Pollo Tropical, and very unprofessional. What surprised me the most was that I had to complain to the manager, and the manager also had a very poor attitude. The staff clearly needs much better training.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, but what really made the experience exceptional was the manager, Maldonado. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. You can tell he runs a great team and takes pride in his work. Thanks to her, the atmosphere was welcoming and everything ran smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
