- ASAlba SJan 5, 20261.0Went after work to purchase a get ,2 which was a ciabatta sandwich with the French dip and a chicken noodle soup. The only thing good about this combo was the chicken noodle soup. The ciabatta bread was so flat I saw her wrapping it in the paper but I didn't think anything of it then when I got home all the way to hallandale there was hardly any meat on this bread no cheese and definitely no aioli sauce. Oh yes and let's talk about the French onion soup supposedly for you to dip your sandwich when I open the cover it was thick and I thought it was actually gravy and then when I put my spoon in it would stick because it was all onion. I'm so sorry I didn't take pictures of this I'm just so exhausted from work and to be honest didn't even finish this meal. I always go to my local one in hallandale Beach and it's beautiful the sandwich is a great and the service is excellent but unfortunately this location which was close to where I was having a meeting was horrendous. I'll never step foot in there again and as a matter of fact if a manager reads this may I get a refund? Worst money ever spent on a sandwich

The person that was preparing my food left my food to the side for a whole 5 minutes and we were standing right there the guy didn’t even acknowledge us nor called out the name we had to ask if that was our food order as well, they even forgot to put the sides on our order. Unsatisfied with this place!

About coffee: 9 am morning and ALL buckets with hot coffee are holding lukewarm content. I could use it as cold coffee, because ice coffee smells like burnt rubber and tastes like dark liquid with sweet taste, but far from coffee. I wonder why they saying that they have to brew coffee, I think it is just mix powder in the water
