However, people who placed their orders after me received their food earlier than I did. Customers who were dining in were served at their tables by a waiter, while I kept waiting without any update. When I approached the counter and tried to speak to a manager or the employee at the cashier, I was ignored. No one acknowledged me or offered any explanation. In the end, I waited without even knowing what I was waiting for. I eventually had to go back and pick up my own order, while others were comfortably seated and being served at their tables. What is this kind of service? What is going on there? If it were possible to give minus one thousand points, I would do it right now
