When it finally came out, the employee handed me the cone inside a cup. When I asked why, I was told, “the machine is runny,” with no apology or explanation. If the machine isn’t working properly, customers should be informed before ordering. Overall, poor service and lack of communication made this a frustrating visit.

They were not busy so I asked a girl hey how long on the food and she goes don't start with me. So you have a girl that's sitting there arguing with me because I asked how long it would take. I put that girl in her place really quick. Rude disrespectful in every aspect. I will never come back to this location ever again
