  ⸻ Subject: Issue with Promotional Offer at Sterling McDonald’s on January 5th, 2026 Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered at the Sterling McDonald’s location on the evening of January 5th, 2026. At approximately 9:48 PM, I requested the 99-cent 60-piece chicken nugget offer through the drive-thru. The manager on duty, Jeremiah, initially informed me that the offer was not available. I then attempted to clarify the offer with another staff member, who also seemed unaware of the promotion. After a brief discussion, Jeremiah came to the window and reiterated that I never called him, and he responded with dismissive behavior. This experience was disappointing and not in line with the high standard of customer service that I have come to expect from McDonald’s. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that the promotional offers are consistently available and that the staff is properly trained to handle such requests.   Tried to order a coffee with milk. Order app didn't have that option. Had to wait 5 mins for a person to order. They told us they had no milk. Apparently the machine was broken whatever that was. The staff couldn't figure out to open a milk jug to add it to coffee. Allegedly lattes wouldn't work either. Awful location.

  Food was made with as little care as possible. I have never been in a more hostile Less welcome environment! The staff didn’t bother to say anything to anyone Terrible attitudes People standing in clumps in the back not doing any work While people were waiting to pay in cash . Felt like no one knew how to count if there was cash No napkins , no ketchup , Truly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to And the worst staff I have ever encountered!

  Strange McDonald's experience. Christmas day late evening. Very busy and staff is overwhelmed. Kiosks not working. Just one person to take orders. So ordering only good for drive thru. So over 10 minutes to place order, since the last taking orders walks back and forth. Easily taking over 10 minutes for each order to be received, with one person saying they waited over 30 minutes for a happy meal and drink. My meal took 15 minutes to receive. Food was good, but experience terrible unlike most McDonald's. Maybe it was some vacation staff, since they seemed they had no idea what to our how to do.

  The worst Mcdonald’s. Customer service is always horrible. But the very last time I went. I waited in line for breakfast about 15 minutes before 10:30 came and when it was my time to order it was 10:28, the lady told me to hold on and came back at 10:30 when I tried to order she said no more breakfast is being served when I literally been sitting in the line waiting and she made me wait longer. Don’t recommend going there.
