The young lady who handed me my order showed no courtesy or professionalism. I said “thank you” multiple times—once when she gave me my beverage and again when she handed me my food—and she ignored me completely. Not even a simple acknowledgment or a smile. This is unacceptable. Basic customer service is a minimum standard, and it reflects poorly on your management that this is not being enforced. If this is the level of service at your location, I will be taking my business to another restaurant. (Chick-fil-A never disappoints)
