  I wish I can give this place 0 stars for its customer service. This is by far one of the worst Mc Donald’s location there is, you have to wait 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and some value fries because everyone’s to busy on their phone & eating crap instead of attending customers, I truly hate the customer service and everyone that works in this location. Close this place down or hire people who care, thanks.

  The most rudest and disrespectful crew I have ever seen on a McDonald's including management. It may have only been shift management, I'm not sure; but they didn't know how to handle customers at all. Orders completely wrong, I drive through line all the way around the store, and the inside disgusting as well. The worst McDonald's in the area.

  Monday feb 23, @ 8:25 I had the most rude experience ever . Manager was great and helped me out but the EMPLOYEES.. horrible. chubby , curly hair with red beanie and McDonalds hat with pants sagging down snatched the drink out my hand that I paid for bc I wanted to pour out what I had in it and change it for juice at the self serve and with attitude told me pay for another L drink like if I was stealing from the McDonald’s using a water cup.. needs better employees and better attitude.

  On Monday February 23rd at 8:25pm I ordered a lemonade and told the guy at the front I wanted it half lemonade and half fruit punch, the guy gave me a full lemonade, and I proceeded to pour some lemonade out to put some fruit punch inside it, and this chubby guy with a red beanie and curly hair, tried to charge me for another drink because I wanted to pour some fruit punch into my lemonade, the manager I don’t know her name she was skinny though, was very helpful, and told them that If i paid for a fountain drink, and not a water cup that im able to do that without having to pay for another drink, and the other worker skinny looked high, and also had curly hair, messed up my order too
