    On Sunday, Oct 12th at 10:28 AM, I stopped by this location and ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, a small coffee, and snacking bacon, which I requested to be well done. Unfortunately, when I received my food, the bacon was not cooked to my liking and was cold. Additionally, my bagel had an excessive amount of butter, and the bag lacked napkins, causing butter stains on my front seat. When I informed the young lady who was delivering food to the cars, she responded with an unfavorable attitude. I inquired about replacing the cold bacon, and she stated that it would take a considerable amount of time due to "her" long line, which I found to be impolite. I had previously stopped visiting this location a few months ago, but decided to give it another chance. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer patronize this establishment. Furthermore, I observed that the staff tends to take customers' credit cards all the way to the window instead of waiting until they arrive at the window. Customer service 101 classes are needed.
