Not good. Extremely slow, approximately 10 people behind the counter and no clear direction on what they were doing. The slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and the dirtiest. Every table full of food. We had to ask about our order 3 times. When we finally got our food we had 5 hash browns in each bag, falling apart, and tasted terrible. Crossaints sandwiches were smashed and wet tasting, and the coffee was old. Overall, yuk. They got 2 stars because of the donuts which were decent, not great just ok. This location needs a lot of work.

I usually don’t write reviews but yall had me messed up this morning. Came through the drive thru and order 2 25 boxes of munchkins. Now either someone don’t know how to count or yall thought I wasn’t going to check my order or yall thought I was a black dunce. One box had 13 munchkins and the other had 18. And No apology was given. DO BETTER !

I wish I could give no stars. Today around 8pm I went to the drive thru to place and order and requested no ice on my drink and someone jumped on the speaker (other than the girl who was taking my order) and said that no ice was not an option as it would leave the cup not filled, exposing the fact that Dunkin is scamming us. When you order any size of drink you’re really not getting the full size drink, they put more ice to avoid actually filling your cup ( as they should ) . But when I told her I’ve gone to other locations where asking for no ice wasn’t an issue. She replied very rudely “we don’t do that here” and I can hear them laughing through the intercom, I just left. As I’m driving away you can see them still laughing. The fact that they ask for a tip for not even making the drink to your liking is crazy! Mind you they have a hiring sign with $15/tip. If your offering tip to your employee wage then you should be working for your tip, you can’t expect a tip on forcing me to buy something I don’t want. I wouldn’t go back here, the girl who came on the intercom being rude was wearing a light blue shirt with bow wow braids. Your restaurant says it has customer satisfaction that is 1000% lie based on my experience alone.
