  I wish I could give no stars. Today around 8pm I went to the drive thru to place and order and requested no ice on my drink and someone jumped on the speaker (other than the girl who was taking my order) and said that no ice was not an option as it would leave the cup not filled, exposing the fact that Dunkin is scamming us. When you order any size of drink you’re really not getting the full size drink, they put more ice to avoid actually filling your cup ( as they should ) . But when I told her I’ve gone to other locations where asking for no ice wasn’t an issue. She replied very rudely “we don’t do that here” and I can hear them laughing through the intercom, I just left. As I’m driving away you can see them still laughing. The fact that they ask for a tip for not even making the drink to your liking is crazy! Mind you they have a hiring sign with $15/tip. If your offering tip to your employee wage then you should be working for your tip, you can’t expect a tip on forcing me to buy something I don’t want. I wouldn’t go back here, the girl who came on the intercom being rude was wearing a light blue shirt with bow wow braids. Your restaurant says it has customer satisfaction that is 1000% lie based on my experience alone.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts has gone downhill over the past year. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management, but the previous manager and staff had this location much more organized than it is now. I tried to give it time before leaving a review, but as a longtime, loyal customer, I feel compelled to speak up. This is the sixth time this year that I’ve placed a drive-through order and been forgotten. Each time, cars around me received their orders and left, while I sat at the window with only a drink order. I’ve repeatedly had to remind staff that I was still there. Today, I waited 15 minutes for a refresher while cars that arrived after me were served and left. I eventually had to honk my horn just to get their attention. This has become a recurring issue. I visit this location daily—sometimes twice a day and I should not be treated this way. On top of the service problems, this location is consistently out of products. There was one week when caramel was unavailable four separate times, which is unacceptable. This never used to be an issue. I spend a significant amount of money at Dunkin’, and this location used to feel like my go-to spot. Unfortunately, it no longer feels that way. Today’s experience waiting 15 minutes for a single drink and having to remind staff I was there was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

  Stopped for emergency afternoon coffee, waited at drive through for 5 minutes, then decided to go inside since nobody ever helped. Apparently it was somebody’s birthday, and they were too busy singing her happy birthday to take customer orders.

  I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one after tonight. I pulled into Dunkin to get a bagel at 10:30 pm, expecting the staff to be annoyed with me for coming so late. Instead, I got the complete opposite. Keannie and her lovely coworker whose name I didn’t get were super nice and friendly. They went above and beyond in helping me decide what drink I should get with my bagel. 10/10 customer service, definitely my new go-to dunkin.
