When I received it, the order was completely wrong, they gave me three kids’ taco meals instead of what I ordered. After handing the incorrect order back to me, I stood in the store another 30 minutes while they made orders that came in after mine. I kept being told my order was “coming.” I eventually waited in my car, checked in multiple times, and still nothing. After about 1.5 hours, I asked what was going on and was asked what happened to the wrong order and if I could return it. It was in my car because they gave it back to me. I brought it back and watched them throw it straight in the trash, yet my correct order still wasn’t ready. No apology. No free drink. Nothing. It felt like they were more concerned about me trying to scam food than fixing their own mistake. Completely unacceptable experience.

I walked and it showed that order was ready for pickup. However, they said they need more time and I waited 15 minutes more when they finish my order. What's even the point of ordering in the app then? They are obviously abusing the system and marked the order as ready to avoid being charged for not doing their job properly. My order was only one bowl, not a big one. Never ever go there. Those workers are in the photo.

I have always liked Chipotle but this has definitely changed my mind. I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like, which is why I have concerns about ordering anything from here. Truly disgusting.

Employees on the side talking in Spanish WITH the manager for 15 minutes. I spoke with the manager whom she was very rude. She didn't care. Will reach out to corporate to further express my frustration. Will send them pictures (didn't want to post here in case it risks my post being deleted) AVOID THIS LOCATION
