  I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, and the chicken was breaded yet raw inside, which is completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. In addition, I ordered shrimp soup, but the cashier failed to register it, resulting in an extra 40-minute wait while I had to request both the soup and a replacement order of chicken. Despite these significant errors, delays, and the inconvenience caused, no credit, apology, or effort to resolve the situation was offered. This level of service and quality falls far below reasonable expectations and is very disappointing.

  Food is delicious. 1yr. Ago they had everything you asked for today I visit and their out of stock on plantains etc...no longer have this or that...only serve Pasteles on Saturday...I had to walk out with my family. What's going on are theire closing?...Running out of business...?

  Nunca hemos tenido alguna queja. Pero en lo personal si pides una sopa debería saber el comensal que ésto se hace por volumen. Nosotros somos fieles comensales y el trato siempre es bello. La Chef es muy amorosa. Pero recuerden que es humana. Ella trabaja muy duro. 🫂💋😊.Los chicos también. No es fácil sacar comida Puertorriqueña que contiene tantos ingredientes y procedimientos. Cómo cocinera jibara que sabe también cocinar la admiro mucho.Por éso en algun fin de semana nos damos gusto mi esposo y yo. La cocina no es para todo él mundo. Lo que ella hace yo lo hago. Pero la cocina lleva mucho trabajo y más cuándo es por volumenes tan altos. Mis respetos 💋💯🎉. Qué El Dios Nuestro Bendiga sus manos y le de salud. ❤️👏 a ella y todos. Los queremos💎💌

  The food here is always on point--consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with real love. Every time I come, I'm reminded why this is one of my favorite spots for Puerto Rican food. If you're a true fan of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, this place is a must-visit! The arroz con gandules is absolutely delicious--perfectly seasoned and cooked just right every time. It's that classic, comforting flavor you expect, but done with real care and attention to detail. And the mofongo? Truly next-level. What I really appreciated was that it wasn't just plain mashed plantains thrown together--there were generous bits of chicharrón mixed in for a great texture, and just the right amount of garlic to bring flavor without being overpowering. It was perfectly balanced and full of character. The soups (or sopas) were another highlight. They were hearty, packed with rice, root vegetables, and gandules, and had a depth of flavor that shows they were simmered slow and with purpose. Every spoonful was warming and satisfying--exactly what you hope for in a traditional Puerto Rican soup. On top of the incredible food, the staff is always friendly and courteous, making the experience feel even more welcoming. You're greeted like family every time. And let's not forget the vibe--the music playing in the background gives the whole place an uplifting, joyful energy that makes you want to stay a while. This isn't just a good spot-it's one of the best when it comes to Puerto Rican cuisine. Highly, highly recommend
