I got the Mochaccino Chip this past visit and it was excellent! And I don't believe they have an upcharge for non-dairy. They have sorbets too. Yes, it's pricey but that's all ice cream shops these days. Getting an ice cream at the beach is a special treat.

We brought in our three kids, and they were patient and friendly through the entire process, even with the inevitable indecision over flavors and the request for "just one more tiny sample." They handled the chaos with smiles and were so genuinely kind. It's truly rare to find this level of amazing service in a high-traffic spot. If you have kids and need a sweet treat, this is the place to go! The ice cream is great, but the service is what earned this five stars.

Shout out to the really nice man working here tonight who was so nice, and my nephew dropped his cone on the ground and gave us a new one got free. He was so nice and even gave us some wet napkins for the kids hands after they had it all over their faces. Great customer service, thank you!

We were well before posted closing time but he was rude, impatient, and overall showed were not welcome in the shop. In addition to that, one of us asked if we could use the bathroom and even if one isn’t available (which, it should be as you’re serving customers) he answered incredibly rude. No wonder people are opting for more mom and pop shops, because they appreciate their customers. Night shift 7/31.
