  I ordered a medium coffee with an extra shot of espresso because Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is always a little weaker for my taste. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. My total was just over nine dollars. Thinking that was crazy high I taken it on the Chin and left with my order. My first sip of coffee I got a piece of yellow and white substance in my mouth. I think it was some egg that ended up in my coffee. I went inside and they made me a new coffee and said that must’ve been plastic from the lid. No, it was some dried up egg crust. Then I went outside got back in my car and took a bite of my bagel. It was a soggy disgusting mess. You could actually see uncooked dough. By this time I was late and didn’t have time for a refund or a new bagel. I brought it back inside. I showed it to the lady and I said is this normal? Put it on the counter and left. I’m so disgusted and turned off by Dunkin’ Donuts.

  They gave me a little bag with a munchkin for free, it was cute. Also there is a sign on the door that has a number to call in case you have any problems with the service. Well done.

  I walked in and went to order. The young lady stood there and just started at me so I waited for her to say something but she said nothing so I said good morning. I ordered and waited. They make the orders and put them on the counter. They don’t call out the number so the customers have to be touching the bags to see if that’s their order. The sandwiches were cold, cheese not melted so I had to give it back. Not the a friendly

  What great customer service! The store had run out of a particular flavor that I requested, but Sofia went above and beyond to make sure that I still left satisfied. She is someone you want to keep on your team at Dunkin. Thank you!
