    Typical McDonald's nothing different.. app was causing them issues so I didn't end up getting any app special.. Love how they always say not our fault.. speaker person said window person would fix the issue.. Window person had no idea what I was taking about so I asked to talk to the person on the speaker window person said they weren't available.. hmmm should I have thrown it into reverse to go talk to them again.. All good.. Just the pass the buck and then claim no idea what your taking about.. Nothing major bad but absolutely nothing special here..

    Todo bien me pareció perfecto la comida buena claro que sí, pero he visto muchos videos en redes y a veces me da miedo que me vayan a escupir la comida pero sólo es mi manera de pensar de verdad no es Hate hacia el sitio pero sí me gustaría ver que si algún día descubren a un empleado haciendo eso no sólo lo despidan, sino que se haga justicia, porque por más que sea es algo con lo que no se juega

    Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire LIFE! Manager B ( big, caucasian lady on the night crew) was very rude and unprofessional. B is a terrible manger and I do not know how she is in management. She is very a nasty/ disrespectful person. This location charged us 40$ for a 2 big breakfast and we didn’t even get any hotcakes! Insane! The whole night crew team was very disrespectful and rude! This store need a whole new crew for sure ! Not only the associates very rude even management! Please do not go to this McDonald’s, Im a 28 year old women with two kids who just worked a 10hour shift and was just looking for something to eat and feed my kids for a decent price now out of 40$ and was left with very cold food! very disappointed with this location.

    Sometimes get completely right and sometimes they don’t all depends but tonight they weren’t that great normally they’re good during the afternoon but tonight they had a fish sandwich which it was red dipped into the oil I can tell cause I used to work from McDonald’s a long time ago and you guys need to change the grease it’s disgusting. It’s like taste in the rubber Fish. It’s that for what I paid for the meal it’s disgusting. I’m not too please I don’t even know if I wanna eat the rest of it. I might just save my receipt and come in and just throw it away and take pictures of what it look like cause it’s it’s hard to eat. It’s rubbery and no me during the afternoon you guys have good food but tonightyour fries are cold and the coffee was hot with the fish was not really hot and you could tell that it was red dipped in grease and the grease hasn’t been changed in like a month. It’s disgusting. I’m not saying every orders like that but they gotta do better cause somewheres are perfect and the food‘s great and some words it’s not we gotta do better for retail service and I know you guys work hard, but please put the effort in like you’re feeding your own family almost

    Oct 29 2025 0730 I arrived at mcds with a mobile order in the drive-thru. I had an upcharge of $1.90 for a machine, but when I reached the window I was told the machine was down. I asked for a manager to come to the window so that I could have them remove the $1.90 upcharge before replacing it with a small fountain drink. The employee (female) whom was wearing a durag just stared at me, so I repeated from the passenger side of the vehicle "go get your manager they will need to remove this", she smirks and just states at me. I don't know if she is a "special buddy" but she did eventually get the manager who asked for my original card (which was my companies business card) she then told me to move up and took my card with her, so I got out of the car and followed inside. When I got inside I stood at the counter and watched the manager Ms.B walk around with my card asking employees what could she charge to refund me(no prob here just watching my card) while waiting I see and overhear "durag" and others making jokes and I asked "durag" excuse me what did you say. She said "you heard me".......okay no I didn't but I sounded like you were saying I'm broke and something about spending my last $1.90 at mcds??? She approached me and said "you heard what I said". I then said ok, get your manager. The manager stands there head down and listens to 18yr old "durag" disrespect me as a customer and insult me as being poor because I wanted my $1.90 back due to THEIR machine being down which I think is a reasonable request, don't you? I shouldn't be talked to and disrepected by multiple employees while No one is held accountable. Now the manager said her name is "Ms.B" I asked If that's what they put onn her paycheck and she said yes. I've owned multiple businesses and if my employees ever disrespected my customers "go home for day, I'd review camera and audio then let her go". Ms.B said she'd handle it, but while being disrespected "Ms.B put her head down and allowed her employee tp continuep "I had to dismiss "durag" and i told her the manager can take it from here now that she heard it for herself. I hope the owner sees this, reviews camera and holds their managers accountable if the owner sees fit, for their employees behavior and dresscode. The "durag" females name is tamika, and others including older black cook om south side of line. Disabled Combat Army Vet IOF/OIF 🇺🇸 hold each other accountable.
