Yesterday i went to pick my pizza which was supposed to be a large size but they handed me a medium size, it wasnt because of their fault but because of the app. Im trying to explain the situation to the personel and they are not helping. I ask for the manager which was in the back making pizzas and witnessing everything and the manager Rob yells from the back that the pizza i ordered they dont make it in a large, i respectfully and profesionally try to tell him if he can come to the front so i can further explain the situation and show him that i payed for a large size pizza, and to find a resolution but he tells me hes too busy. I wait for him a couple of minutes and i ask him if hes going to help me and the guy literally tells me (a customer) “my guy I already told you im too busy” (with an attitude). Talk about customer service. Another employee much nicer had to come and try to help me but couldnt do much. Left the store and they never made it right for me.
