The cashier saw me put it out for my points and I even told him what I was doing. He rang up the order without scanning and then he and the manager blamed me for not “holding it up” for them to see. Unbelievable. They said they would have to refund me the money and reorder to give me the points, knowing there was a line behind me. The cashier didn’t look at me but shook his finer at me telling me it was my fault… insane. Maybe drive thru is better. Avoid going in this one if you can.

I usually submit a mobile order as it's just easier for me, I tried to submit my usual mobile order this morning, only to be told by the morning staff that they turned off the mobile ordering yesterday because according to the drive-thru staff "they're too busy in the morning to also do mobile orders" so they're just not doing mobile orders. That's just ridiculous and lazy, especially with all of the other locations still doing the mobile ordering. Even the location I went to said that this particular location is just a bunch of lazy people working there.
