After taking the person's order in front of me, the employee proceeded to the drive through and stared at the register as if confused. Five minutes passed before someone acknowledged my presence. When I was finally asked to order, the lady never made eye contact and basically threw my order on the counter. This place used to be friendly and good customer service. At one point, they were a community partner with a local elementary school. If any of them applied to work for me, I'd remember them and make sure to not hire.
