  The staff was horrible aside from the one young man behind the counter. My food was clearly not fresh and they messed up my order. I asked for 25 munchkins (jelly and chocolate) they gave me 5 chocolate. Like come on man. The drinks were not full and my croissant was mistaken for a bagel. SERIOUSLY🫩🫩🫩

  This place is a joke. It says opens at 4 and at 5:15 doors locked and a whole crew gathered in the back and clearly i was seen!!! But completely ignored!!!! So if I could give no stars i would complete lack of any customer service or even decency!! Keep up the great work

  I miss going to Duncan for the convince. I used to have so many points for going so offen. This location especially has had a quality shift since last year and not in a good direction. The sour dough never gets toasted. More like heated enough that it creates steams. Making it a very soggy sad breakfast sandwich. The coffee tastes very watered down. I get a hot mocha. Aside from the lacking taste. I want to take a nap after drinking instead of sharp ready for work. My cheap donut shop Keurig gets me motivated but a large Duncan puts me to sleep... Like are you trying to pass off old decaf? The staff is still pretty friendly and that's a plus but with the economy and gas prices the way they are. I can't waste my time and money on the gamble this location does a good job today. I hope the right people see this and get this location back in track.

  Was there this morning ordered a frozen banana mocha with a shot of raspberry the first time I was given a frozen coffee with a shot of raspberry no banana second time same thing didn’t even taste like banana no whipped cream. No mocha did didn’t even look like what I ordered. First one had an attitude. Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed the second one Also had an attitude I’d rather go to Starbucks and pay $10 for a coffee haven’t made the way I wanted and then then go to Dunkin and get a bad attitude
