    So today I’m not feeling my greatest little under the weather. Stop to get a hot coffee for some reason the machine and my phone were not liking each other so this young man “that took my order “ Solomon paid for my coffee with a smile and I just want to say I appreciate you thank you so much for your amazing kind customer service skills You have truly made my day.     Nice and quiet Dunkin' Donuts to go and chill while drinking any kind of coffee and eating a donut or sandwich from their nice menu.

    Lately it has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY!!! Long waits, wrong orders 90% of the time and don’t ask to correct it… and RUDE RUDE staff! The attitudes are plentiful and the friendly staff seriously lacking! I have gone to this Dunkin at least once a day since they opened, until the last couple months, the experiences have been so bad I didn’t want to wast my money or time! This morning was the last time though! They had NO idea they give “pup cups” then charged for it not even a half shot of whipped cream and didn’t put the munchkin on top. Never in 3 years have we ever been charged for day old munchkins and/or a pup cup. Their prices are higher than the Cove location and they make you do the work! Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and they gave an individual container of cream cheese to now try and spread on a cold bagel! Back to the Cove location where the orders are correct, it’s less expensive and much friendlier staff!
