No one is ever there when they are supposedly "open", and I live in the middle of nowhere so guess what, I have to sit and wait on them instead of the other way around. I am losing money sitting in that line for 5 -10 min. Get there earlier so you open up on time OR change your hours and stop false advertising. I really wish I could give this location a 0 star review, but guess you guys got lucky and earned an undeserving star. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

First time I was served cold soggy fries. This go around I have the most stale bread I've ever had on a burger. Never going to this location again. Tighten up Hilliard crew.
