  We ordered in this branch via door dash delivery through their website for the first time and it was very disappointing. We did not enjoy the food because of the bad experience. We were excited to to try Wingstop because we dont have it in Calgary. Gustavo, the delivery man delivered less than half of what we ordered. I immediately called the Wingstop branch and staff said they cant do anything about the situation because it’s through doordash. Customer service in doordash said they can redeliver what we didnt get and cant do refund option. After more than an hour of finding ways to get out order, this Wingstop Haileah branch staff said, Gustavo left one of the bags of our orders in the reception. In the first place, when I first called them few minutes after noticing that our orders are incomplete they didnt mention that something was left in their counter. They delivered the missing orders but there was another missing item, the veggie sticks. Plus everything were cold. We spent more than $100 not enjoying the food because of the service. It was just a mess and we were so disappointed being a tourist wanting to try Wingstop. They need to check service and quality control if they want customers to come back.

  Miguel the host was very rude and unprofessional. Should not be serving customers. Bad service!!!

  Food is okay when the order is made correctly. What really sucks is the service. One particular employee with earrings and long hair has a nasty, miserable face 24/7 and looks like he hates serving the customers (which is his job lol 🤣 ) I think he should find a new job if he hates his so much….

  I got in on a super late flight into Miami and doordashed Wingstop as it was the fastest option. No complaints with doordash. The bottom of the bag was soaked in mild wing sauce to the point the food almost fell through. The fries were ice cold and floppy while the wings were warm. The wings themselves other than the mild ones had almost no sauce. The order came with no utensils or straws/napkins and it was too late at night to deal with it. The dipping sauces we ordered were incorrect but listed correctly on the receipt. So I ate partially covered boneless wings with my fingers. Overall not a great experience and if I would have read the previous reviews I would have skipped it.

  The reason this this Wingstop is getting a one star is I got there to place an order to go at 5:53pm I come out side to find a parking ticket on my windshield at 5:58pm. In the amount of $55. So to eat or order at this Wingstop you have to pay for parking I guess unreal. Wingstop shame on you, you need to put a sign to warn your customers about this. I have been sitting in my truck for 30 mins now and these 2 vehicles have been sitting there and no tickets have been issued. This is really not cool.
