  1 of my favorite Wendy's location. Food is almost always fresh, especially when store manager is working. Great management and staff.

  This is a serious concern regarding the night shift at Wendy’s located at 16601 NW 57th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014. Customers are being told that basic menu items are “unavailable,” not due to actual shortages, but seemingly to avoid preparing food fresh. That reflects a breakdown in both standards and accountability. Even more concerning is the service at the drive-thru. The female employee in charge displayed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude that made it clear customer experience was not a priority. The interaction felt careless and indifferent, with no effort to provide even basic courtesy. If this is representative of the night shift culture at this location, it directly undermines the brand. This needs immediate attention from leadership.

  IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF GOING TO THIS WENDY AND RECEIVING COLD AND STALE FOOD. This is very disrespectful to my 40$ I just spent. 3.31.26 @ 12:10am. Like damn! I've gone a different times and the same Problem. You need to do better! I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN! As well, people at the drive through most of the time RUDE!

  el peor servicio la mujer que estaba atendiendo nos saco del establecimiento y nos dijo que pudiéramos por driver true. Nos sacaron a mi esposa y a mi como a unos perros 9:30pm
