  I have been to many Taco Bells across the USA, and it may be the case that this is the best Taco Bell in the whole country. It actually tastes like someone cares. Bravo. Well done. A triumph of fast food.

  I walked into this Taco Bell expecting normal service, but instead I was forced to order through a computer kiosk. I politely asked one of the employees if she could take my order, and she flat-out told me “No, we don’t take orders personally, you have to use the computer.” This is unacceptable. Not everyone wants to deal with a machine, especially when you’re standing right in front of staff who could easily help. It felt cold, impersonal, and honestly disrespectful to the customer. If Taco Bell thinks this is “service,” they’ve lost touch with what hospitality means. I won’t be coming back to this location. If you value human interaction and basic customer service, avoid this place.

  I have ordered 30 times this month and there telling me I always complain for complain 3 times out of the 30 times just verifying my order or for saying I have a quality issue they've threatened to kick me out telling me I always complain and they get agressive with an attitude and tell me that I'm going to get kicked out because I always complain when that's not true everytime for verifying my order or for a quality issue they are rude with an attitude when im acting in good faith this is the opposite of what you guys do. look To deal with an angry customer, stay calm, listen actively without interrupting, and acknowledge their emotions. Apologize genuinely for the inconvenience, even if you don't agree with their complaint. Work to find a solution by asking questions to understand the problem, and then offer clear, actionable next steps and follow up to ensure their satisfaction. Who raised these animals
