  I went this past Saturday to get a pizza for my brother. I ordered the big New Yorker. I paid like 14 dollars for what was supposed to be a 10.00 pizza. I requested as my one side extra cheese. The pizza was horrible. There was nothing big about it and I paid for the extra cheese and didn’t get it. The worst pizza ever. Don’t plan on going there again

  This is unfortunately the closest Pizza Hut to our house. I’ve tried to give it a chance but it’s honestly getting worse. He customer service is absolute garbage and I normally don’t review places unless they are THAT bad. Tonight, the ma at the cash register took the cake. He was incredibly rude. The staff was just joking and talking in the back and I had to call out for someone to event come to the front and then I get that guy. We have some dietary issues and I always specify to go light on the sauce, and they always ignore it. They often don’t give you an incomplete order, disregard dietary need requests, and treat customers absolutely horribly. This location should be shut down or a change in management is needed.
