Okay! Last night, I placed an order at 9:48 PM. When I went to pick it up, it was exactly 9:58 PM. I greeted the staff—because instead of being at the front counter, they were all gathered together in front of the fries station; there were exactly four people there. I greeted them once more, but they all continued to ignore me. I called out a little louder, and the older woman wearing the headset looked at me, then turned her head away and went right back to chatting with her coworkers. The only thing I could think was that they were having trouble getting orders out—that nothing was ready—and they were afraid to come out and offer an explanation. As it turns out, at 10:10 PM, a young man finally approached me to ask what I needed. When I told him I was there to pick up my order, he simply walked over to the spot where it was sitting and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there since the moment I arrived. Now, here is the question: Is it fair for a customer to walk in and have absolutely no one acknowledge them? Is it fair that they couldn't even say, "Okay, sir, give us 5 minutes—we're busy talking right now"? Is it fair that my order had been sitting there since I first walked into the store, yet I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to receive it? And is it fair that I ended up stuck with cold fries simply because four people couldn't be bothered to ask what I wanted—especially since they all heard me and saw me standing there waiting for such a long time? You guys are definitely going to lose a lot of customers if you keep providing this shitty service.

The dbl bacon qtr lber with cheese was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. I thought I was in a 4 star restaurant eating that,not a fast food place. Fries were hot,the lemonade was great.They have to give you a coin to unlock the bathroom,(I assume they won't if you don't buy anything)if Im not mistaken.Kind of annoying,but I can understand why.Mostly Spanish speaking workers when I went there that day,so to take that as you may...What do I expect in the heart of Hialeah right?

Estoy dando mi opinión sobre este lugar sentado en mi auto en el autoservicio y me atendió Josue y que calidad de buen servicio da El, los demás tambien pero quiero enfatizar que cuando una persona like this la tienes de compañero de trabajo o tambien te atiende se contagia la buena vibra. Saludos y bendiciones para El y ojalá las personas como El se multipliquen.

I live nearby this McDonald’s a new Spanish worker, a lady plus with her manager treating me so bad I asked for a refund because they gave me the wrong order and this is multiple times not once and she said she will not order from me again when I did not do nothing. They couldn’t even take my order correctly. They were confused what I was saying I was telling them a five dollar deal But the cheeseburger one the six dollar they didn’t give it to me They threw my food that they made for me the wrong order away without even getting me my refund right away
