Considero una falta de respeto total que, justo en el momento de pagar, la manager decidiera impedir que el trabajador nos cobrara y nos dijera que debíamos hacerlo nosotros mismos.
No se trata del pago… se trata del servicio.
Si voy a un lugar, es precisamente porque espero ser atendida, no hacer el trabajo por el que otras personas están siendo remuneradas.
Esto deja claro que no todos están preparados para liderar, porque cuando alguien ocupa una posición de responsabilidad, no puede olvidar que su función principal es garantizar una buena experiencia al cliente.

Really bad service I just went in and the manager in charge told the cashier that he had to charge me Cash in the register to obligate me to use the self service . I don’t go to McDonald’s to work I went to buy food . The least they could have is charged me.

If I could give no stars I would. This McDonalds is an absolute joke at best. IF the restaurant is able to serve you they mess up your order every time, or serve you cold food. Their system is always down resulting in not being to take your order, or you’ll drive thru and they’ll randomly say “we’re only accepting cash right now.”
The franchisee of this location is clearly failing if their system really crashes this often, he should really retrain his staff and invest in a working system. It’s a terrible excuse for a McDonalds.

Always a terrible experience. I go here because it’s the closest to my house. The order is always wrong and when I correct the staff about my order they have an attitude when they’re the ones messing up my order to begin with. Unfortunate to have to go out of my way to go to a further McDonalds for better quality food and service when this one is 2 min from home.
