I’ve received the wrong order multiple times because I trusted that the employee would hand the correct order to the correct person. Most recently, a new employee who seemed very new was giving me my order and she opened my bag and opened my box of corn without asking for permission—right in front of me—and then asked if that was okay. She still confirmed to her coworkers that the order was correct when it wasn’t. I had to drive all the way back, and when I returned, the staff acted as if nothing was wrong, and the employee who checked my order was suddenly nowhere to be found, I think she should’ve taken accountability and apologized for wasting my time because that’s what she ended up doing. Whatever I accepted it and left the place, why act a fool when the one who couldn’t read was her. The service was unacceptable. Please do better in hiring and training individuals who can stay focused, pay attention, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Customers deserve accuracy and respect.
