upon arrival, this wendy’s was a ghost town, with the employees clearly just existing there working with the least amount of effort. the lady who attended me seemed to be the manager, she didn’t take my full order at the speaker in guessing cause there was issues. but upon arrival at the window she told me to finish my order at, she seemed upset as i kept ordering. she then mentioned that they charge for sauce now and i said that’s fine. however when she gave me the sauce only 1 sauce was the one i asked for, i asked to replace the two bbq’s for 2 ranch’s for the 3 meals we order and she then said she’d only give me one. the entire time she was being incredibly rude and stingy. red hair lady pretty chunky and one of the most rude people i’ve ever met.

listen no offence to the workers cuz they seem nice and are just trying to make a living but i ordered a meal and the bread was hard and stale and it tasted so bland. I also ordered this bake potato and it looked like it was baked in the 1900's. the food overall is horrible which is the entire point of a fast food chain would not recommend it

0 stars if it were possible. My family and I came to get food, but first we needed to use their restrooms. The bathrooms were locked, so we asked the employees for the key/code. First, the employee ignored us. So we politely asked again for the key/code, in case perhaps they hadn’t heard us. The employee said No, you cannot. It is closed. I was confused at the moment because a man had just come out of the restroom, but she wouldn't open the door for us ladies. So we decided to go to the men’s restroom instead, because we thought perhaps it was just the women's restroom that was out of order. So we went to the men's restroom; nobody was in there, only my sister and me, when the employees barged in and told us the restroom was closed. They were rushing us and telling us to hurry up. She proceeded to come in about three times in a span of very few minutes/seconds, accompanied by an employee and a manager, I believe. I find this ridiculous and very harassing—an invasion of my privacy. I had asked the employees to leave me alone while I was using the restroom, and they kept opening the doors. When we left the restrooms, we noticed they had opened the women's restroom for another lady. So I'm confused about what is going on. How come the man before us and the women after us got to use the restroom without facing harassment? However, for us, the employees kept it locked and refused to open it. Also, it leads me to wonder: If the bathroom is closed off, are the employees able to use the restrooms? And how are they washing their hands? I no longer wanted to stay and order food due to the harassment I faced, so I left. This was such an awful experience.

Got inside with nobody in line, it took a full 5 minutes to have someone take our order only to be told that they don’t have mustard.
