I thought it was only drive thru so I placed my order for store pick up and waited over 40 minutes for my order. Not only that but my single item order was missing my favorite ingredient (sour cream)...the girl taking orders at the window kept asking the person preparing orders for the orders people were waiting for inside and all he kept saying was they'll be waiting a long time. Another issue is that they don't bring the orders to the pick-up shelf, they bring them behind the register and when they do, they don't call the name on the bag, you have to wait for the window girl to have a chance to come and check for the names. Absolutely the worst taco bell I've been to.
