Ever since this location opened I have always had problems. Never coming back here. I will continue going to the Hialeah Gardens Taco Bell instead.

When I asked for a refund, the staff didn’t know how to process one, and they couldn’t offer a gift card or any kind of solution. I was late to work because of this, and when I requested the store manager’s business card to follow up later, they couldn’t even provide that. There were only 4 employees trying to handle the drive-thru, food prep, and front counter, which clearly wasn’t enough. I wasn’t the only customer waiting this long. Management needs to hire more staff and have a manager who knows how to handle customer service issues, run the store more efficiently, and process something as simple as a refund. Poor service like this will drive customers away.
