Esto es totalmente indignante!! Por razones obvias tuve que botar toda la comida. Lo más preocupante es que no es la primera vez. Vivo cerca de este Pollo Tropical y compro con frecuencia, y ya han sido más de dos ocasiones en las que he tenido que botar el pollo porque estaba crudo por dentro. A veces lo sirven tan pálido por fuera que se ve claramente el adobo naranja, señal de que no está bien cocinado. Los frijoles son otro problema, prácticamente solo granos, tan espesos que podría voltear el pozuelo sin que se derrame. Y para colmo, subieron los precios pero la calidad sigue empeorando. Cuando pido para llevar desde la ventana no dan platos, hay que pedírselo al que cobra. Hemos comprado desde la ventana junto a la comida una ración de maduritos y cuando llegamos a la casa no habían maduritos en la bolsa, y de igual manera pasó con un flan! Tuvimos que llamar para reclamar ya que no íbamos a hacer un segundo viaje por las cosas que pagamos y no nos echaron en la bolsa. La situación ha llegado a un punto tan grave que incluso se me ha pasado por la cabeza levantar una demanda. Es una experiencia horrible y muy decepcionante para quienes somos clientes habituales.No acostumbro de hacer estos comentarios, pero ya han sido demasiados disgustos.

From their greeting over the Mic to my food and extra sauces I'd ask them for. Great visit and will stop again there!!

Gave me white rice instead of yellow rice and no sauces whatsoever( I ordered 6 of them), waste of money!!! And it took 2 hours to get my food for it to be this crappy via uber from the app . Please get it together this was a waste of money!!!
