Every time we order thru the Pollo tropical website, the order is either missing rice and today at a whole chicken was missing. Once again, I drive to the store today approx 8PM to explain the situation, they refuse to assist me and blame uber eats (when i did not use uber eats). I advised, I just want my food not my money back. The team leader short, black hair, glasses, cuban female became very rude and stated "You're lucky I'm giving you some chicken because this is not my problem" as if i did not PAY for it! All this while she was on her cell phone attending a call. Ofc, i left the store with less chicken that I had ordered. Honestly, corporate needs to clean house at this location. It's very distasteful and unprofessional. I'm a local here and very often see it happen to other people.
