This is absurd they should not even be in business. Bc I do not play abt my food. I want to eat good and now I’m eating garbage because people who are getting paid to do their jobs cannot seem to do them properly. And that is what pisses me off. Everyone that worked on this order deserves to be fired. AI and robots could’ve made my food and put together the food better than they did. At this point I’m so done. I am never going to eat at ANY pollo tropical again. Such a waste of money.
