  I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Papa John’s, especially from the manager, Miguel. I called regarding my pizza order that was completely messed up—it was supposed to have Alfredo sauce, and there was absolutely none on it. Instead of listening and trying to help, Miguel insisted that he “made it himself” and claimed Alfredo sauce was there, even though it clearly wasn’t. I explained this was the second time this exact mistake happened with the same kind of pizza, and asked what could be done to fix it. Miguel basically told me there was nothing wrong with my order and offered no solution. To top it all off, he hung up on me after explaining himself. Terrible customer service, zero accountability. Get better management, Papa John's!

  My pizza full of ants On today 6/01/2025 i did an order on Papa John's.And I asked for extra tomato sauce and well done. I guess they do not know what is extra tomato sauce and well done because they send my pizza the wrong way. So when I send it back they gave me a call saying they gave me a refund and I ask him why he told me that the manager saw the pizza and she said that the pizza was correct.After that I told him that I want to speak with the manager once I speak to the manager, she saw the pizza and she said that I was right.So she put another order half price and they send another delivery driver.They left the pizza on the floor and it got full of ants. They didn't even knocked on the door I was thinking why it was taking so long so I went outside and by mistake. I also stepped on the box of pizza. So I call back to Papa John's the supervisor told me that she was going to give me a refund she hung up on me and I stay without eating

  He ordenado pizza de este lugar en otras ocasiones y estuvo bastante bien, pero ayer pedí una pizza y fue la PEOR que he comido en mi vida, estaba, seca, seca, casi sin ningún ingrediente, pedí poca salsa y no le echaron NINGUNA salsa, prácticamente parecía un cartón HORRIBLE, comí dos pedazos y el resto a la basura junto con mis $28 dólares con propina que pagué por la pizza, y con la promesa de no volver a comprar en este lugar. No recomendaría gastar su dinero aquí. -------- I've ordered pizza from this place before and it was pretty good, but yesterday I ordered a pizza and it was the WORST pizza I've ever eaten in my life. It was dry, dry, with almost no ingredients. I asked for a little sauce and they didn't put ANY sauce on it. It practically looked like HORRIBLE cardboard. I ate two pieces and threw the rest away, along with my $28 with tip that I paid for the pizza, and with the promise of never buying from this place again. I would not recommend spending your money here.
