I waited over 20 minutes for a soup, which I could clearly see was ready, while two employees (a man and a woman wearing glasses) were laughing and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I felt offended by the lack of respect and professionalism, as it seemed like they didn’t care about providing good service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this level of disinterest and poor customer service is unacceptable. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because it leaves a very bad impression of the establishment.

The 1st time I drove all the way home and when I unpacked I saw it was not what I ordered so I had to drive back. The 2nd time I sent my husband to pick it up and when he got home again the whole order was someone else's. I called and all they said was I noticed when I gave your order to the other person, you can come and pick up your order. I dont understand how they get these mix ups when they are not even busy. IT'S VERY INCONVENIENT TO DRIVE HOME AND HAVE TO DRIVE BACK BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S CARELESSNESS.

For a total of $21. Also, the employee kept calling me loudly by my full legal name (they got it from the app) multiple times in a 2 min encounter. It was strange and felt like an invasion of my privacy. It made me uncomfortable. Never had such experience at ANY food place. Panera used to be the spot, not anymore.
