  Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your location during the early morning hours on 12/21 between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, I waited for approximately 10–15 minutes attempting to get service while the staff members were engaged in conversation and laughing amongst themselves, completely ignoring customers waiting to be attended. When I finally asked who could assist me, a female employee with tattoos and light-colored eyes called over a manager identified as Reyna (or Reina). Unfortunately, the manager’s response was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Not only did she refuse to provide service, but she also declined to give her name and was not wearing a name tag, making it difficult to properly identify her. Her attitude was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the management and staff training at this Hialeah location. It was clear that the lack of professionalism begins at the leadership level, as the staff’s inattentiveness mirrored the manager’s poor example. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s, and I strongly urge management to address the conduct of both the manager and staff on duty during that time. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the time of day. I hope that corrective steps are taken to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same level of disrespect and disregard for customer service that I experienced.

  Worst app experience.I usually order on the app and get super excellent service. Not at this McDonald's. I ordered sauces didn't get them, said no ice got it and said extra fries instead of apple slices but I sure did get those. Do not go here if you want good service. Tried to call and no one picks up.

  Acabo de comprar pague con un billete de 50 y me devolvieron menos del dinero correspondiente, le demostre de todas formas que estaba en lo correcto y que me entregaron menos dinero y se empezaron a cubrir entre todas las señoras que trabajan llevaron la caja atras y me empezo a decir que en su caja le faltaba dinero, si les falta dinero eso no es mi culpa en mi boleta decia lo que me cobraron y el vuelto correspondiente que no entregaron bien. Tengan ojo con el vuelto que les den cuando compren en efectivo (entre todas se cubrian para no entregar el dinero vaya a saber uno con cuanto dinero se quedaran al dia y se lo reparten entre todas si por algo se cubrian entre ellas diciendo que yo estaba equivocado pero en la misma boleta que me entregaron decia cual era mi vuelto correspondiente)
