Every visit is the same — long drive-thru lines, slow service, and orders that are always wrong, no matter how clearly you say them. Today I placed an order for my family of five: 4 regular Cokes and 1 Dr Pepper. When I checked my receipt, it said DIET COKE. I asked the woman at the window if the drinks were diet because I specifically asked for regular Cokes. That’s when she told me they ran out of Coke and only had Sprite, Dr Pepper, and Fanta. Why wasn’t this mentioned at the speaker? If you’re out of something, tell the customer. Don’t assume they’ll be okay with Diet Coke. I then asked her to switch the drinks to Sprite, and she told me to pull forward so someone could bring them out. I refused — I had already waited through a long line, then had to correct their mistake, and now I’m supposed to wait even longer? And to make it worse, ordering a plain McChicken here is pointless. No matter what you say, they still send it out with everything on it. This location desperately needs better communication and customer service. Every visit feels like an inconvenience for the customer, not the staff. I won’t be returning
