  Atención pésima, creo varios de sus trabajadores no se percatan que salieron de Cuba y que esta sociedad es diferente porque las personas actúan diferente. Se acaba un batido y te lo sustituyen por una galleta. Terrible, y dicen lo sentimos, no es culpa de nosotros, esto es lo que hay. Mi peor experiencia en un Mc Donalds.

  I never write reviews—ever. Usually, even if a place has bad service, food, or environment, I just let it go and move on. The only time I post a review is when a place is really exceptional. But after so many issues with my neighborhood McDonald’s, I’ve finally had enough. This location is on a busy street near a highway where people are constantly getting on and off. You would think service here would be reliable, but it has been the opposite. Their ice cream machine is always broken, the service has consistently been poor, and every visit lately seems to come with a new problem. Last week, I stopped by for a sandwich and was told they were only taking cash. I brushed it off. But what happened today was unacceptable and honestly rude. I sat in the drive-thru for about five minutes with no response. I figured they were just busy—staffing issues happen, and I respect that. To make it easier, I even placed my order through the McDonald’s app for drive-thru pickup, thinking it would save everyone time. I pulled up to the speaker again—nothing. I drove to the first window—no one. I drove to the second window and saw employees walking around. I waved, I honked four times, and they completely ignored me. They were clearly aware I was there since they have cameras, yet no one acknowledged me at all. So I parked and went inside. The staff were chatting in the back. One employee eventually came out after yelling “helloooooo” into the kitchen. I asked if the drive-thru wasn’t working and he said, very casually, “No, we’re not taking card. Only cash.” I told him I had already paid through the app and he just said, “You can get your money back.” That was it. No apology, no explanation, no communication. I left and had to figure out how to cancel the order myself from my car. This whole situation could have been avoided with simple communication. If you’re only taking cash, just say so at the drive-thru instead of ignoring people who are waiting to order. I would’ve gladly canceled the app order and paid cash if someone had told me. This McDonald’s always has issues, but it’s getting worse every day. I won’t be returning. At the very least, put up a sign or respond at the speaker. This is a customer service job at one of the biggest fast-food chains in the world—ignoring customers is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope this review encourages better communication and service moving forward.

  As were ordered our food, cleaning lady cleaned the entire area around us whilst there being an entire area with NO ONE on the other side which she still hadn’t cleaned. I’m pregnant so I am always so cautious to not fall, this hit me the wrong way already. Ordered root beer which is on the menu but they don’t even have it so that’s whatever but still… take it off if you don’t even carry root beer. We ordered our food and it took ab 25 minutes for us to get it, the nuggets were great, the fries were a bit pale but good nonetheless. My boyfriend’s wrap, tasted a little old but he still ate it. My McChicken? HORRIBLE, it tasted like chemicals. Gave it to my boyfriend to see if i’m just being dramatic or biased and he could not eat it he had to spit it out in the trash at the back of the place. I don’t leave reviews ever, this place deserves to be acknowledged as the WORST mcdonald’s Ive ever been to.

  Hoy domingo 11/16/2025 a las 2 pm la chica manager o responsable de este turno fue súper agresiva con un trabajador. Lo humilló delante de los clientes con muy mala forma y no me gustó . Demuestra la falta de profesionalismo que tiene esa muchacha en tratar a los demás y delante de los clientes peor . Nadie tiene el derecho de humillar a los demás por ser inespertos , ojalá y vean las cámaras y verifiquen lo mal que trata a los empleados y que la expongan en redes para que vea lo que se siente ser humillado en público , opino que no deben tener trabajadores que hagan bullying, esta situación me ocasionó gran desagrado y lamentaría volver este Mc Donalds a verle el rostro a una persona tan desagradable atendiendo al público ,

  Aquí siempre es lo mismo la mala atención y conducta inapropiado con el cliente, hoy sábado 11-8-2025 1:43 pido 3 shake y 2 de los cuenta les falta un aproximado de dos dedos para llenar el baso, le pregunto al manager y bien sarcástico con risa me dise esa es la medida, te salvaste q el otro te lo llenaron, nada de veras siempre temgo una mala experiencia y hoy es mi último dio visitando este McDonald's.
