After that, about seven more people came in, placed their orders, received them, and left—while I was still waiting. When I asked about my order, I was told it was being made. However, I continued to see customers who arrived after me get their orders and leave. I then stood by the pickup area and observed one of the employees wearing clear gloves eating bacon directly from the tray and drinking while preparing orders. When I brought this to the attention of one of the male employees with wavy hair, he rolled his eyes and dismissed my concern. This behavior is unacceptable—employees should not be eating while wearing gloves used to serve customers, especially while on the clock. To make matters worse, my order was also incorrect. I ordered a loaded hash, but it was made wrong because the staff was too busy talking and laughing
