He always has my pickup orders that i order on my way to work ready extremely fast and always has them ready by the time i get there. The other 2 ladies on the other hand that are there on the days that Cuban guy is not are not great. they most of the time don’t have my order ready by the time i get to the store and i usually always order 10-15 minutes before arriving. I always end up having to wait when the two lady’s are there compared to the Cuban guy.

Le pedi un frozen coffee de french vanilla y me dijo que no estaban vendiendo frozens? Cuando para otras personas si lo hizo. No estaria escribiendo este review si esto no fuera un problema recurrente con la misma persona. Tambien llegue hablando ingles y me forzo a hablar espanol porque ella no sabe ingles? Acaso no estamos en estados unidos? Dunkin donuts siempre a sido una cadena patriotica y contrata a personas que tratan mal a ciudadanos americanos y no saben hablar ingles. Jamas recomendaria este lugar y personas como ella no deberian trabajar en costumer service
