I let the phone ring for over 30 minutes, and no one ever picked up. I had to go to the store in person. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t answer the phone because they were too busy. Then they told me that my order hadn’t been delivered yet because they had very few drivers, and that the driver was almost on his way to bring it to me. But after almost two hours, the driver was going to deliver my order completely cold. I ask them , “Please cancel it because I don’t want to eat cold pizza,. I told them, “It’s already been almost two hours. That pizza must be cold and they refund my money, While I was there, two people arrived who had exactly the same problem. The tracker had told them their pizza had already been delivered, but they never received it. They also called by phone, and no one answered, so they went to the store to complain, just like I did. It was a very bad experience, and this is not the first time it happens with Domino’s Pizza. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.
