The assistant manager refused to give me her name and wasn’t helpful in any way. She provided no updates, no solutions, and took no accountability for the delay. The service was unprofessional, the wait time was unacceptable, and the lack of customer care made the experience even worse. Highly disappointed.

While you’re waiting for someone to answer the phone, they just hang up the call. Or they will pick up only to mute the call, never speak, and leave you waiting. They marked my delivery order as complete, but it never even arrived. As seen on the tracker, the driver was never even in my area at all. I tried calling only to find out they just hang up on people, and later saw these reviews claiming the same experience as mine.
