From the moment I arrived, the service was very unsatisfactory, particularly from an employee named Fabio. Initially, he refused to sell me anything unless I placed the order online, despite the fact that I was physically present in the store. I found this behavior inappropriate and unacceptable. Later, another employee kindly took my order and informed me that the wait time would be approximately 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 20 to 25 minutes, even though my pizza was already prepared and clearly visible at the counter. During this time, the employees — including Fabio — were distracted, looking at their phones, making jokes, shouting, and using vulgar language while talking to a coworker, without paying attention to the customers waiting to be served. If it had not been for the same employee who initially took my order stepping in again, I would likely still be waiting for my pizza. Fabio’s attitude was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate for a customer service environment. This experience was very frustrating and does not reflect the standards I expect from Domino’s Pizza. I hope management reviews this situation and takes the appropriate measures to ensure this type of behavior does not happen again, as it negatively affects the company’s image and customer experience.
