  Came in yesterday trying to place an order. Immediately there was no white rice and had to wait… fine. Waited for white rice then asked for carne asada and again there was no carne asada and had to wait for it to be made. I asked if they could let me know about how long and out of the five people present nobody knew and just stood around looking confused. Then one SNATCHED AMY BOWL, sighed and went to the to go counter to try to grab carne asada but there was none there either. The cook didn’t bother to say how long either and just gave a nasty face. At this point I didn’t want to eat food made with such anger and hate and decided to walk out. This location needs better training or at least employees with basic manners and some type of knowledge.

  Unfortunately, the cashier named Glenny made the ratings dropped to a one star. She was the only one in the team that was not attending customers. When my burrito was halfway made, she walked away to clean the lobby. The lobby was not that dirty, and there was no customers in the seating area. There was a line of about 5 to 7 people behind me. When my burrito was done, I was ready to pay. I waited about one minute and she did not pay attention at all or acknowledge that the line was moving to the register. She kept cleaning her tables without any care of having to bring up customers. While there’s another girl filling up the line and the other person that’s making the food by themselves. At this point, she’s the only one on the register so I let her know I was ready to pay and she told me to hold on so she can keep cleaning the tables and when she decided she wanted to come ring me up that’s when she moved to the register. Unfortunately, my burrito was sitting at the register for like about five minutes before I figured out she was the only cashier available. While my food gets cold. Then I have to pay full price for half cold food, which is ridiculous. The manager from this location needs to do a way better job the cashier. It’s just worried about chitchatting through her shift and ignoring customers. Not very good for running a business.

  El servicio muy mal estructurado con una sola dependienta sirviendo y una sin mucho trabajo solo en la caja cobrando, entonces las filas pueden ser de hasta 30 minutos, deberían poner otra persona a servir como en todos los demás restaurantes de la cadena

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. The employees are rude, dismissive, and act like they couldn’t care less about the service they provide. Ordering online is a complete gamble half the time the order is wrong, and when you show them the proof of what you actually ordered, they still give you a hard time and argue with you instead of fixing their mistake. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to deal with staff who clearly don’t want to be there. I’d rather drive a little further than come to this location. Get it together, Chipotle. Hire employees who actually care about their job and the customers they’re serving. Until then, I won’t be coming back.
