  I visited the Chipotle on 49th Street in Hialeah today at 1:39 p.m., and my experience was extremely disappointing. While waiting in line, the couple in front of me had a bowl with white rice already served when the store ran out of chicken. The employee took the rice that had already been placed in their bowl and dumped it back into the main rice container, mixed it in, and continued serving from it. That is clear cross-contamination and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. It got worse. When I asked for fresh pico because the one on the line looked watery and soggy, they brought out a fresh container — but then poured the drained, old pico right back on top of the new batch and tried to serve it to me. At that point, I told them I didn’t want the food anymore and walked out. The staff was unprofessional,and showed no regard for food quality or sanitation. This location seriously needs better training and management oversight. Very disappointed.

  I asked for black beans elderly lady put pinto beans as she was scooping it up I said “ no no no no no” repeatedly after she placed the beans she looked at me DUMB and said “you said brown” and shrugged her shoulders even tho I said black she looked clearly annoyed and angry at me and I felt like an unwelcome so i said it was fine also due to the fact that I am quiet person by nature turns it pinto tastes so bad, Cant eat this and she was really stingy with the protein tried only eating the protein only found like 7 bites do better chipotle Hialeah
