Cuando les pides que te sirvan mejor (la porción justa) se niegan a hacerlo diciendo que eso es lo "establecido por la compañía", y yo se que no es verdad porque yo solía trabajar en Chipotle y conozco bien cual es la medida correcta. Además son groseras, malgeniosas. Los Chips... un robo total!!! Ya he comprado dos veces en los últimos 3 meses y siempre me voy con la sensación que me estafaron descaradamente.

Al pedirle que me agregara un poco más de vegetales, me dijo de forma super grosera sin yo meterme con ella " Tu no vez que no hay vegetales" , aun cuando se veía claramente que todavía quedaban. Cuando le pedí de manera respetuosa que me sirviera lo que quedaba, regresó y colocó únicamente un pedazo de pimiento de forma sarcástica, lo cual fue irrespetuoso. Conozco el nombre de la empleada pero no lo dire aqui de forma publica si no que ya esta puesta una queja a la compania sobre este local. Solicité hablar con el gerente para pedir un cambio de personal, pero el gerente no intervino y permitió que la misma empleada continuara atendiéndome, manteniendo la misma actitud negativa durante el resto del servicio. No es la primera vez que esta empleada muestra comportamientos similares, pero en esta ocasión la experiencia fue especialmente desagradable.

When I politely asked again, she responded by placing a single pepper with visible humongous attitude. I requested a staff change, but the manager did not intervene and allowed the behavior to continue. This is not the first time I have experienced rude service at this location by the same exact girl, and the lack of management response was very disappointing. Horrible place
