They started selling the new high protein chicken cups for 3 dollars, I ordered one and you would think it would come in a cup like the picture. No they legit gave it to me in a sauce container the same one they give you for a small side of guac or the new chimichurri sauce. When I weighed the chicken I get about 18 grams of protein, not even the 32 grams the app claims it has. Something needs to change at this chipotle it’s not fair to the people who are spending money on their food and are expecting one thing and receive another.

Today , I ordered a carne asada salad for pick up and when I get my meal there was half a plate portion with no meat whatsoever. My son had picked up the food for me. I decided to go back wasting time and gas to show what I had gotten and the manager a Hispanic woman was not even capable of giving an apology. Another lady that was preparing a meal was looking at me and smiling as if she was having fun with what was happening. The worse location i have ordered from . No politeness. No customer service skills. It doesn’t matter who the manager is, always a mess. Avoid this location. Awful !!
