I placed my order on the app and checked in for pickup, and even after that I still waited over 20 minutes for my food. After all that time, they didn’t even give me any straws. On top of that, my order was wrong. When I went inside to get it fixed, the manager told me that the changes I made on the app “weren’t possible to see,” which makes zero sense. Instead of listening to what I was trying to explain, she just did whatever she wanted and didn’t even try to understand the issue. Terrible service, long wait times, and rude management. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Pedimos comida para comer en la tienda y se tardaron más de 20 minutos. Ponen prioridad en atender en Auto Servicio. Las mesas tosas sucias. Mal olor. Pésimo servicio la verdad. Están actualizados en los servicios de Kiosko. Pero la verdad muy mal atención. Y la encargada en lugar de poner prioridad por las personas que llegamos a comer a la tienda. Igual se esconde. Mala líder. Pésima la verdad.
