Eine pfiffige und zeitgemäße Lösung wäre zum Beispiel ein Türcode direkt auf dem Kassenbon – das sieht man inzwischen bei vielen anderen Ketten und es funktioniert deutlich besser. Unterm Strich okay für einen schnellen Besuch, mit etwas Optimierung beim Toilettenzugang wären auch mehr Sterne drin.

That’s just to start and then to order, the language barrier, delaying purchase makes me want to leave every time. I can’t ask for the simplest items. I say anything and immediately they respond back “onion rings?” I ask for a side and they have to get a manger to carry out the order because they don’t understand English in the least, not to be disrespectful or be some pro America addict but it’s American fast food
