She prepared my food cold, and when I politely asked her (in a very respectful way) if she could heat it up, she became very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive, i wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just basic customer service. I love Dunkin’ and that’s why this experience stood out in a bad way. I really hope management addresses this, because one employee’s attitude can ruin what is usually a great place.
