The food was hot; even though there was a line, the cashier—Luis—knew exactly how to handle everyone and manage the situation. He was also very polite both when taking my order and when handing me my food. Overall, everyone working at the restaurant was very attentive to me.

If they are, they need to reconsider their business model. This is the second time I’ve visited this location for breakfast. I was in line to order before 10:30 am, but when I finally got to order at 10:32 am, they informed me that breakfast was over and they couldn’t make an exception. I understand that rules can’t be bent for everyone, but as a business owner, I know when a problem exists. This franchisee and/or management need to receive training on customer service and business operations because this is not the way to run a business. Additionally, what happened to Chick-fil-A’s amazing service? This location clearly missed the memo. I won’t be giving them my business. Fortunately, Starbucks is right next door and they’re actually happy to serve you.
