  Store: 820 East 49th Street Hialeah, FL 33013 This is my first time ever eating at Checkers. I do restaurant reviews for a living. So I expect the same type of customer service in any food establishment. I ordered for the Bogo offer: 2 Grilled chicken sandwiches. 1 Philly bites and 1 Strawberry bites. When i got my order and drove away I noticed the Philly Bites were missing. Therefore I returned to the drive thru and the associate accused me of trying to steal from them. He even verbally told me that he would remember me so I wouldn't do it again. Who accuses a customer of stealing especially if you have cameras all over the business saying otherwise? Not very smart. So with an attitude he gave me the missing bites. When I got home and took out the sandwiches both of the bogo sandwiches were not what I ordered. I order 2 GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES. Because I do not eat breading. I received 2 fried breaded chicken sandwichiches. Therefore non if this food was edible for me. Not only did I get accused of stealing but I paid $13.00 to get the wrong order from a extremely rude cashier. That obviously is doing a horrible job at running the drive thru. Nothing that I ordered was right and the accusation is a very serious offense to me. I took pictures of everything as proof of what I received

  It's a lil better than most checkers/rallys that I've been to and quick and painless with the mobile ordering
